Marwan Al-Ezzi M.Eng., P.Eng. has over 10 years experience in building designs and construction management. In 2017, he quiets his role as a Building’s Designer with an Engineering Consulting Firm in Waterloo and moved to Windsor to pursue his dream and start a master’s degree program. His passion to building’s design, constructions, and structure integrity of buildings landed him a job as full time Engineer while still doing his master program at the University of Windsor. Doing both work and study as full time excelled his time management skills to meet client’s/professor’s expectations and deliver tasks/projects in a timely manner and as requested.
Besides his Master of Engineering Degree, Marwan is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario backed by in depth work/study experience of the Ontario Building Code, Zoning By-Law and other related codes and regulations in Building’s design and analysis. Being said that Marwan is competent and experienced enough in his field to say that I don’t know the answer but will look for a solution in case you come up with a question that he is not sure of the answer.
Combining years of knowledge in building’s design and graduate studies with the real estate profession paved the way to the ultimate career path of serving clients in the most professional matter and making sure their needs are understood and met.

Marwan's primary Jump office is located at 3390 Walker Road, Unit 300, Windsor, N8W 3S1, in the heart of Windsor. The office is located right off the expressway or County Road 22 at the Walker Road exit. The Walker Road office is close to several amenities, including schools, groceries, parks, religious institutions, and more. The Jump Hub is located near; Roseland Public School, J.A. McWilliam Public School, Herman Academy, Vincent Massey Secondary, Forest Glade Public School, and many more. The hub is just down the street from Costco Wholesale, Metro and Devonshire Mall. This popular location makes things easy for Marwan's clients to meet with him whenever they need. Marwan also travels to the other Jump Realty office locations in Tecumseh, Kingsville, LaSalle, Leamington, Harrow, and Essex for his clients.
