Ty started his real estate career as an opportunity to continue his passion for helping people. His previous career was as a founding partner of a successful local medical retail business. The experience, knowledge and skills gained from being a business owner for 25 years, provides his clients with the confidence that he can understand, appreciate and navigate stressful and difficult situations.
Ty loves to spend his leisure time participating in his favourite activities of skiing, pickleball, golf, and hockey. He also has a passion for gardening and reading. Ty is most happy when he’s spending time and travelling with his wife Shannon and their two boys, Blake and Quinn.
Ty's primary Jump office is located at 3390 Walker Road, Unit 300, Windsor, N8W 3S1, in the heart of Windsor. The office is located right off the expressway or County Road 22 at the Walker Road exit. The Walker Road office is close to several amenities, including schools, groceries, parks, religious institutions, and more. The Jump Hub is located near; Roseland Public School, J.A. McWilliam Public School, Herman Academy, Vincent Massey Secondary, Forest Glade Public School, and many more. The hub is just down the street from Costco Wholesale, Metro and Devonshire Mall. This popular location makes things easy for Ty's clients to meet with him whenever they need. Ty also travels to the other Jump Realty office locations in Kingsville, LaSalle, Harrow, and Essex for his clients. Our Jumpers work around the entire Windsor-Essex County community, including the following towns: Lakeshore, Belle River, Tecumseh, Riverside, Walkerville, Windsor, Lasalle, Kingsville, Amherstburg, Essex, Leamington, and many more.
