I’ve grown up in the Windsor-Essex area and have seen firsthand how much it has evolved over the years. For close to a decade, I’ve been working as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive industry across the Detroit metro area, where attention to detail, problem-solving, and making the right decisions under pressure are part of the job every day. With a background in mechanical engineering and a master’s in engineering management, I bring a structured and analytical approach to real estate, with a strong focus on understanding risk and helping clients make informed decisions.

The office is located right off the expressway or County Road 22 at the Walker Road exit. The Walker Road office is close to several amenities, including schools, groceries, parks, religious institutions, and more. The Jump Hub is located near; Roseland Public School, J.A. McWilliam Public School, Herman Academy, Vincent Massey Secondary, Forest Glade Public School, and many more. The hub is just down the street from Costco Wholesale, Metro and Devonshire Mall. This popular location makes things easy for Jehad's clients to meet with him whenever they need. Jehad also travels to the other Jump Realty office locations in Kingsville, LaSalle, Harrow, Essex, and Leamington for his clients.
