Kyle Zoumboulis is a native of Windsor-Essex County, growing up in the Fontainebleau area. After graduating from St. Joseph’s High School, Kyle attended The University of Windsor, where he completed a Bachelor’s Commerce of Honours In Business Administration. Looking to start a career, Kyle began working in the banking industry for a local credit union, where he worked for over four years in personal and commercial banking. Ready for a new challenge, Kyle received his real estate salesperson license in spring of 2019 and joined Jump Realty soon after. Kyle’s passion for real estate began when he purchased his first house in Little River Acres of Windsor with his wife in 2015. After taking on his first home renovation projects and seeing the value in home ownership, Kyle and his wife made the move to Forest Glade and then to LaSalle, and finally to their newly built
Kyle's primary Jump office is located at 3390 Walker Road, Unit 300, Windsor, N8W 3S1, in the heart of Windsor. The office is located right off the expressway or County Road 22 at the Walker Road exit. The Walker Road office is close to several amenities, including schools, groceries, parks, religious institutions, and more. The Jump Hub is located near; Roseland Public School, J.A. McWilliam Public School, Herman Academy, Vincent Massey Secondary, Forest Glade Public School, and many more. The hub is just down the street from Costco Wholesale, Metro and Devonshire Mall. This popular location makes things easy for Kyle's clients to meet with him whenever they need. Kyle also travels to the other Jump Realty office locations in Kingsville, LaSalle, Harrow, and Essex for his clients. Our Jumpers work around the entire Windsor-Essex County community, including the following towns: Lakeshore, Belle River, Tecumseh, Riverside, Walkerville, Windsor, Lasalle, Kingsville, Amherstburg, Essex, Leamington, and many more.
