Kyle Zoumboulis

Kyle Zoumboulis is a native of Windsor-Essex County, growing up in the Fontainebleau area. After graduating from St. Joseph’s High School, Kyle attended The University of Windsor, where he completed a Bachelor’s Commerce of Honours In Business Administration. Looking to start a career, Kyle began working in the banking industry for a local credit union, where he worked for over four years in personal and commercial banking. Ready for a new challenge, Kyle received his real estate salesperson license in spring of 2019 and joined Jump Realty soon after. Kyle’s passion for real estate began when he purchased his first house in Little River Acres of Windsor with his wife in 2015. After taking on his first home renovation projects and seeing the value in home ownership, Kyle and his wife made the move to Forest Glade and then to LaSalle, and finally to their newly built home in Cottam in 2018. Having experience in home buying and selling, the banking industry and understanding of the local markets will be assets to both buyers and sellers. This office is located right off the expressway or County Road 22 at the Manning Road exit, the office is located on the corner of Amy Croft Drive and Manning Road. The Tecumseh office is close to several amenities, including schools, grocery stores, parks, religious institutions, and more. The Tecumseh office is located near; Lakeview Montessori School, A.V. Graham Public School, St. Pius X Catholic Elementary School, École Secondaire Catholique L'Essor, D.M. Eagle Public School, Tecumseh Vista Academy, and many more. The Tecumseh office shares a plaza with Golftown, A&W, Antonino’s Pizza, WFCU, among others. Sobeys St. Clair Beach, and Food Basics are neighbours as well. Not to mention the Tecumseh office is just a stone's throw away from Beach Grove Golf & Country club and the gorgeous Lakewood Park South. This popular location makes things easy for Kyle's clients to meet with him whenever they need. Kyle also travels to the other Jump Realty office locations in Windsor, Kingsville, LaSalle, Leamington, Harrow, and Essex for his clients.
