He brings a wealth of knowledge from his years of experience in property management – with a specialty for the student rental markets for both local and out of town investors. In his spare time, Sheldon enjoys road trips across Southern Ontario, trying out both new and classic cocktails, and CrossFit.

The office is located right off the expressway or County Road 22 at the Walker Road exit. The Walker Road office is close to several amenities, including schools, groceries, parks, religious institutions, and more. The Jump Hub is located near; Roseland Public School, J.A. McWilliam Public School, Herman Academy, Vincent Massey Secondary, Forest Glade Public School, and many more. The hub is just down the street from Costco Wholesale, Metro and Devonshire Mall. This popular location makes things easy for Sheldon's clients to meet with him whenever they need. Sheldon also travels to the other Jump Realty office locations in Kingsville, LaSalle, Harrow, and Essex for his clients.
