Born and Raised in Wheatley Ontario, I grew up building forts in the woods or playing house in the basement of my parents' home.
Recently, my husband and I packed up our home of 26 years, and headed to The Bahamas to manage a private island for 5 years. While there, we confirmed that our home came with us. Although much smaller than we were used to the four walls around us contained everything to make our new dwelling our nest for both of us as well as our visiting friends and family.
On our return to Wheatley, we purchased and renovated a 1950's Bungalow. Once again, we created the 'nest' that was perfect for us at this stage of life.
A passion for my community and the surrounding area, lush with both Provincial and National Parks, conservation areas, infinite safe bike routes and a bounty of fresh produce led me to want to help others find the perfect home and build their nest in the area.
An eye for design, a hands on approach along with a genuine desire to provide personal service will help to ensure successful transactions and a positive, lifelong relationship.
Shannon's primary Jump office is located at 313 Erie St N, Leamington, ON N8H 3V5. Located right off Highway 3 or County Road 33 a prime location for the Essex County population. The Leamington office is close to several amenities, including schools, grocery stores, parks, religious institutions, and more. The Leamington office is located near Leamington Raceway, Leamington District Secondary School, Cardinal Carter Catholic Secondary School, Giant Tiger, Real Canadian Superstore, Leamington Home Hardware and the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre. It is a stone's throw away from some of our 17 Essex County Wineries, known as the EPIC Wine Country and as well as local breweries. This popular location makes things easy for Shannon's clients to meet with her whenever they need. Shannon also travels to the other Jump Realty office locations in Windsor, Tecumseh, Kingsville, LaSalle, Harrow, and Essex for her clients. Our Jumpers work around the entire Windsor-Essex County community, including the following towns: Lakeshore, Belle River, Tecumseh, Riverside, Walkerville, Windsor, Lasalle, Kingsville, Amherstburg, Essex, Leamington, and many more.
