Entering 2022, the Windsor real estate market is off to a brisk start and carrying over it’s momentum from the end of 2021. The market remains full of eager buyers searching for Windsor homes for sale. Beyond the existing buyers who are continuing their search from 2021, more new buyers will enter the market and add to the demand for houses for sale in Windsor. They may have also advised you that inventory is low right now and competition can be fierce. So where did all the listings go? Just a few weeks ago, the market was still busy with homes. If you are able to find one, chances are so did everyone else and the competition at hte offer table will be stiff. Seasonally, this is the time of year when we typically see the least number of listings coming on the market.
