The Canadian housing market was a major talking point during the 2021 election. Just recently, the Bank of Canada has decided to not increase interest rates for the time being. However, they warn hikes are most likely coming at some point in the near future.

Predictions are just that, well-educated guesses based on empirical data. While this information is certainly useful in helping come to a decision, it should not be your end all, be all.
