Breakfast and Learning: A Look At Training with Jump Realty

Taking a morning off from the hustle and bustle of the Windsor real estate market, some Jumpers took an opportunity to join us at Wolfhead Distillery in Amherstburg to enjoy a meal and to learn some new things.

A pillar of Jump is always staying on the cutting edge of technology and providing our agents with the absolute best tools and resources to succeed. Striving to provide every opportunity to our Jumpers to upskill themselves, we had over 50 agents join us in-person for some breakfast and to learn some new social media management skills. More than ever the world lives and operates digitally and online. That is where people find houses for sale in Windsor and start their home searches. With this in mind, we wanted to gather our team for one of our first in-person events since the pandemic began. It was a great opportunity for Jumpers new and old to meet and catch up. After a quick competition to see who knew the most about Jump (and some awesome prizes to go along with it), they were able to listen to a great presentation and learn about some tools and resources to better their own digital presences.
