Jump Realty has recently passed a big milestone moment for the brokerage. With the recent addition of agents Jump Realty has now surpassed having 50 agents on board at the brokerage. When Jump Realty opened our doors just 2.5 years ago, we had big dreams. As we’ve grown over the years, we’ve added more and more agents, who we call Jumpers! We can now celebrate breaking through the 50 Jumper mark and with aspirations for so much more.

When we started out on this journey we wrote our mission statement, “We listen, we care, we serve. Jump has a mission to continue to set ourselves apart from the stagnant real estate franchises in our current market. We are a high-end real estate brokerage striving for constant improvement, expansion, and innovative approaches to better serve our clientele. Our team plans to stay “outside the box” by providing the ultimate client-interactive and collaborative experience.” We continue to stick to this ideology and create a better real estate experience for Windsor-Essex County.

Jump Realty started out in Tecumseh, Ontario serving the Windsor-Essex region from their Tecumseh Road location. As we added more and more agents our reach knew no boundaries. We expanded into the county and opened our Kingsville, Ontario location. This office on Main Street in the downtown core serves as the central working space for our outstanding county agents. As we grew more and more and took more steps we opened our office on Walker Road in Windsor, Ontario. Named “The Hub” this is now the central location for Jump Realty. Housing our two amazing owners Damon Winney and Mary Morrsion along with the Jump Realty support staff, this modern office provides agents with all the latest technology and resources they need to succeed.

As we’ve grown we’ve made sure that the Jumpers we bring onboard fit in with the special culture and workplace environment we have carefully crafted since our inception. Even as we’ve grown from ten to twenty to fifty agents, the core values remain. We are a collaborative group, we work together, we push each other to be better, and lend a helping hand when a fellow Jumper needs some help.

This ideology extends to our clients too. We understand that the current real estate market can be daunting, difficult to navigate, and frustrating at times. Our agents put the best interests of our customers above all else. We’ll give you advice and guide you through the process with what's best for you in mind, not what is best for them. Our reputation speaks for itself.

With offices in Kingsville, Tecumseh, and Windsor, plus our first addition of an agent in Chatham, Jump Realty is here to serve all of Windsor Essex County. As we have grown we have not ignored our roots and what has made us so successful.
