#JUMPiversary: We're Turning 4!

January 20th, 2017 was the day Jump Realty Inc. Brokerage was born. 4 years ago today we set out on this journey to bring a better real estate experience to Windsor -Essex County. Owners Mary Morrison and Damon Winney, who also serves as the Broker of Record,set out to innovate in an industry that seemed to have been stuck in its ways. Using technology, innovation, and by bringing a fresh attitude Jump Realty came out of the gates quickly. Starting out with our first office and agents in Tecumseh, we then expanded out to the county adding our Kingsville office and a host of talented county agents. We weren’t done there, as word spread of Jump, so did those wishing to join our ranks. Growing quickly we realized we needed a central location for it all. Our main office is located in Windsor on Walker Road, central to everything. Home to our administrative team, our Broker of Record and private and public offices, this has been aptly named The Hub. It is where everything happens and goes down. Much like our ideology the office is modern and innovative. An amazing space for all of our agents to work. We grew once again into the county and added our Chatham office and agent. Finally, in early 2021, just as we were about to turn 4, we broke the 60 agent mark.

It has been an amazing ride so far. 4 amazing years of growth and incredible support from the Windsor-Essex community. As a local business we strive to always serve you the best we can. We can’t thank you enough for how you’ve helped us grow and grown with us. We look forward to continuing to not only be innovators in the real estate market but difference makers in the community with the return of our community initiatives post pandemic.
