Community Event: Amherstburg 2022 Santa Parade

If you are looking for something fun to do to celebrate the holidays this weekend, be sure to check out the festivities in Amherstburg this weekend. Saturday November 26th will see the 2022 edition of the Amherstburg Santa Parade take place. This year's parade will follow its traditional route and head down Sandwich Street before turning onto Richmond Street, and ending at Toddy Jones Park on Dalhousie Street. Check out the map below to see the route, road closures (heads up, they start at 3:00pm this year!), and detour routes.

The Windsor Parade Corporation, the event organizers have a brand new feature to this year's parades. They have introduced brand new Fan Zones! Featuring entertainment, activities, and family fun, be sure to get to Amherstburg early on Saturday and head to the Fan Zone from 3:30-5:30pm on Sandwich Street, right across from Rob and Tina’s No Frills at 181 Sandwich Street South.
