In addition to Bright Lights Windsor, Amherstburg River Lights Winter Festival, and LaSalle Holiday Lights Heritage Nights, there is also Fantasy of Lights from the Town of Kingsville taking place at Lakeside Park located at 64 Queen Street in
Kingsville, Ontario and at Cottam Rotary Park located at 171 County Road 34 West in Cottam, Ontario.
Take in the light displays while sipping on hot chocolate aboard the Kingsville Express Train. The Kingsville Express is run by volunteers and requires good weather conditions to operate. Train rides run until December 21, 2025 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Lakeside Park. To help fund the Kingsville Express, train rides cost $2 per person, $5 per family or a donation.
Ring in the new year with family fun and fireworks at Kingsville Arena on December 31st. There will be 3 free skating sessions, 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm, 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm, and 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm. There will also be a Sensory Friendly Skate from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm with no music playing, reduced lights, and a limited numbers of skaters allowed on the ice. There will also be the 'Rotary Zone': Family Fun + Children's Activities Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Kingsville Southshore from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm where you can enjoy games, hot chocolate and cookies in Room B and C plus crafts and Lego play in Auditorium A. Finally at 7:00 pm the fireworks launch for a Happy New Year and closing of Fantasy of Lights events.
